Job Summary
Conduct guided tours of the stadium and museum for visitors, schools, companies, and birthday groups while assembling, disassembling, and organizing the tour area. Develop new ideas for tour experiences and handle customer service inquiries. Requires full high school education, Office suite proficiency, and customer service experience. Weekend availability is mandatory. English fluency and sign language knowledge are differentiators. Based at Estádio Mineirão with benefits including transport allowance, meal allowance, health and dental plans, Wellhub, and a day off on the birthday.
