Anesthetist Lead - Greer

Lead CRNA role at Prisma Health in Greer. Responsibilities include scheduling CRNAs, covering the OR when the supervisor is unavailable, attending meetings, coordinating with pharmacy to ensure necessary medications, and collaborating with OR leadership to maximize efficiency across anesthesia sites. Maintain daily communication with Prisma Health facilities to optimize staffing. Clinically, formulate anesthetic plans with anesthesiologists, provide anesthesia care, perform line placements (intravenous and arterial), document pre-anesthesia assessments and intra-operative care, maintain age-specific competencies, stay current on anesthesia pharmacology, ensure a safe practice environment, and perform Point of Care testing as required. Non-management position reporting to a supervisor/manager/director. Minimum requirements include a Master's Degree in Anesthesia and NBCRNA certification; state advanced practice nursing license; one-year certification-eligibility window if applicable.
