Job Summary
Anesthesiology opportunity in Northern New Jersey near NYC seeking a licensed physician to perform pre-op assessments, administer anesthesia, and provide initial post-op recovery with potential pain management duties. Responsibilities include anesthesia planning with patients, administration during procedures, monitoring and transitioning to recovery, collaborating with surgeons, recognizing and responding to respiratory/cardiac emergencies, documenting care, and participating in medical staff activities and committees.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Physician in the State of New Jersey
- Meets the definition of a qualified specialist
- Meets all of the requirements for appointment/reappointment of the Medical Staff
- Maintains ACLS Certification
