Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed to join WVU Health’s multispecialty anesthesia division (neuroanesthesia, regional & acute pain, pediatric, obstetric) at Ruby Memorial Hospital. The role includes opportunities to engage in innovative clinical and education research projects and to contribute to training the next generation of anesthesiologists using the department’s simulation center. There are also opportunities for those with critical care and cardiac fellowship training or expertise. Located in Morgantown, West Virginia, the position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits within a large academic medical center that handles a high-volume caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship training or expertise in critical care and cardiac anesthesia
- experience in neuroanesthesia, regional anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia
- involvement in education/research preferred
- MD or DO with medical licensure in good standing
