Practice within a care-team model across five sites with a diverse case mix (vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy, neurosurgery; no cardiac surgery or transplants). Solo cases on call and a schedule of ~6 calls per month, with morning and day off after first call. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with anesthesia certification
- board-certified/board-eligible in anesthesiology
- ability to provide anesthesia services across multiple sites
- participation in call schedule (approx. 6 calls/month)
- strong perioperative team collaboration
- ability to work in a care-team model
- capacity to handle diverse case mix (vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy, neurosurgery) and exclude cardiac surgery and transplants
