Anesthesiologist opportunity at Berkshire Health Systems in Pittsfield, MA. Provide anesthesia services across five sites within the community, supported by anesthesia technicians and a strong perioperative team. Team consists of 15 anesthesiologists (MDs) and 21 CRNAs. Practice includes a care-team model with opportunities for solo cases on call. Call schedule approximately 6 calls per month (first call + backup) with a morning and day off after first call. Diverse case mix includes vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy, and neurosurgery; no cardiac surgery or transplants. Eight weeks of vacation for work-life balance.
