Anesthesiologist opportunity at Berkshire Health Systems in the Berkshire Medical Center network in the Western Massachusetts region. Join a team of 15 anesthesiologists and 21 CRNAs providing anesthesia services across five sites, with a care-team model that includes opportunities for solo cases on call. Compensation includes $580,000 annually plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus and 8 weeks of vacation. Call schedule is approximately 6 calls per month (first call plus backup) with a morning and day off after the first call. Case mix includes vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy, and neurosurgery; no cardiac surgery or transplants. Located in Pittsfield, MA with the Berkshire lifestyle and amenities nearby.
Required Qualifications
- MD degree or equivalent in Anesthesiology
