Job Summary
Staff anesthesiologist role in a multi-hospital system with primary duties in Canton-Potsdam and Gouverneur Hospitals. Provide obstetric anesthesia, central line placements, and regional anesthesia; manage standard OR cases across age groups; participate in a 1:5 call schedule with CRNA support. Full-time position offering competitive compensation ($500k–$600k), a $100k signing bonus, relocation assistance up to $15k, CME and licensing support, comprehensive benefits, malpractice and retirement plans. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO medical degree
- licensure in good standing
- board-eligible or board-certified in anesthesiology
- comfortable with obstetric anesthesia
- central line placements
- basic regional anesthesia procedures
- ability to manage standard OR cases across all age groups
- 1:5 call coverage with CRNAs
