Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed for a full-time position with primary duties in anesthesia care and support in the operating room. Responsibilities include obstetric anesthesia, central line placements, and basic regional procedures across diverse age groups, with CRNA collaboration. Regular OR hours are 7:30am–3:30pm, and the role requires 1:5 call with hospital support. Eligible candidates hold a medical degree (MD/DO) and may be open to experienced providers and new graduates. Compensation ranges from $500,000 to $600,000 annually, plus a $100,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance up to $15,000, CME ($4,000), and licensing/dues ($2,000), along with comprehensive benefits and malpractice insurance. Primary location at Canton-Potsdam Hospital with occasional work at Gouverneur Hospital.
