Anesthesiologist Physician

Provide anesthesiology coverage across two hospital campuses and an outpatient surgery center in Palm Beach County, managing 21 operating rooms at Delray Medical Center and six additional rooms at West Boca Medical Center. Participate in a team of seven attending physicians with a 1:4 physician-to-CRNA ratio, handling trauma Level I cases, endovascular procedures, robotics, thoracoabdominal surgery, pediatrics, and OB. Work rotating 24-hour shifts including OB coverage five days per month, with weekend duties managed by a dedicated team and night float at Delray. Receive a call schedule published three to four weeks in advance under a structured batting order system for OB call.
