Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Partner with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes while managing approximately seven pediatric cases per OR day. Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes based on scheduled case volume and PRN needs. Maintain active state licensure and current BLS and AHA PALS certifications, with PALS required within six months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
- Current BLS and AHA PALS certification
- PALS required within 6 months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- National Board Certification
