Anesthesiologist - Pediatric ASC | Full-Time| No Call, Weekends or Holidays

Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients, managing approximately seven patients per OR day. Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment. This role requires active state licensure, BLS and AHA PALS certification, and experience in Anesthesia Care Team or independent practice models. Required Qualifications
- Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
- Current BLS and AHA PALS certification
- PALS required within 6 months of hire
- Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
- Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
