Anesthesiologist - Pediatric ASC | Full-Time| No Call, Weekends or Holidays

Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients, managing approximately seven patients per operating room day. Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes while prioritizing safety, comfort, and positive experiences in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center environment. Maintain active state licensure, current BLS and AHA PALS certifications, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills. This full-time role offers no call, no weekends, and no holidays, allowing you to join a supportive, mission-driven surgical team dedicated to pediatric patient care in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
- Current BLS and AHA PALS certification
- PALS required within 6 months of hire
- Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
- Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
