Job Summary
The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department, providing medical management for patients during surgery and other medical procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, managing anesthetic induction, maintenance, and emergence, and monitoring patients' physiological conditions. The position is supported by a care team model that promotes excellence in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMC and FLEX
- Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a physician
