Anesthesiologist needed for locum tenens coverage across 6 operating room anesthesia services in a hospital setting. Day shifts with mandatory call, supervision of anesthesia care under a 1 MD to 4 CRNA staffing ratio, and responsibilities including pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence while monitoring patients’ physiological status during surgical and medical procedures.
