Provide anesthesia services under a medical supervision model (1:6) during day shifts at an operating room in Munster, Indiana, with 50% hands-on MD involvement. Manage general surgery cases comprising 50-60% of the volume, while supporting dedicated open heart, lung, and vascular procedures. Perform independent regional anesthesia alongside CRNAs and handle limited neurological cases including weekly spine procedures, light trauma, and pediatric minor ortho and ENT cases for patients age 2 and older. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation. Call coverage is negotiable, with occasional after-hours requirements for emergent cases such as C-sections. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
