Job Summary
Provide anesthesia services under a medical supervision model (1:6) during day shifts at an operating room in Munster, Indiana, with 50% hands-on MD involvement. Manage surgical case mix including general surgery, dedicated open heart procedures, lung and vascular cases, limited neurological spine procedures, light trauma volume, and pediatric minor ortho and ENT cases for patients age 2 and older. Perform independent regional anesthesia alongside CRNAs while utilizing Epic EMR. Negotiable call coverage includes occasional after-hours emergent cases such as C-sections. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days as temporary privileges are not available.

- Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes
