Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed for locum tenens coverage at a 152-bed academic teaching hospital in Massachusetts. Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care including general, spinal, and basic regional anesthesia across six operating rooms and two endoscopy suites. Manage a diverse case mix including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, interventional radiology, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery procedures with a workload of approximately 20-25 cases per day. Supervision model with 5 physicians and 5 CRNAs, on-site coverage, and a focus on quality patient care. Requires board certification in Anesthesiology and MA licensure.
