Job Summary
Provide day shift anesthesia coverage Monday through Friday in Carlsbad, NM, managing a mix of routine surgical and 20 monthly obstetric deliveries. Perform 95% hands-on care under an autonomous practice model with one CRNA, utilizing prescriptive authority for all cases. Accept call responsibilities every fourth week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM to support the facility's steady surgical volume. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for this locum tenens assignment.
