Job Summary
Locum tenens anesthesiologist needed for hospital coverage in Pennsylvania. Schedule Monday–Friday with a 40-hour week guarantee. Cases include ortho, GI, general, OB, GYN, urology, vascular, neuro, cardiac (including open hearts); some trauma; no pediatric cases. EMR is EPIC. Call is negotiable. On-site assignment with 1 endo room and multiple OR suites. Board-certified anesthesiologist with PA licensure or eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree or equivalent in Anesthesiology
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Active medical license to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- Prescriptive Authority (available in PA)
- Endotracheal anesthesia experience and ability to manage OR cases including cardiac/open heart cases
- Experience with EPIC EMR and OR management
