Provide locum tenens coverage during day shifts at an operating room facility, working 10-hour shifts under a 1:4 MD to CRNA supervision model across 8 operating rooms. Manage surgical cases including general, orthopedic, and OB procedures while adhering to a 50% hands-on percentage. Accept weeknight, weekend, and holiday pager calls as part of the required schedule. Temporary privileges are available within 30 to 60 days for this assignment.
