Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed for locum tenens coverage in Miami, FL. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with one in-three call weeks including weeknights and weekends. Case mix includes Level 1 trauma center work across General, OB, Orthopedics, Endoscopy/Endo, ENT, GYN, IR, total joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, and Urology. Requires Level 1 trauma center experience. Weatherby Healthcare provides pre-paid travel and housing and malpractice insurance; assignment details are managed through an online portal with support from a Weatherby consultant. Charter member of NALTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid medical license in Florida
- Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology
- Experience in Level 1 trauma centers preferred
- Ability to cover Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm with 1:3 call weeknights and weekends
- Pre-paid travel and housing arrangements provided
- Paid malpractice insurance
