Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing
- PALS certification
- BLS certification
- DEA certification
- Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery
- Demonstrated capability in intravenous deep sedation
- Demonstrated capability in general anesthesia
