Job Summary
Manage a diverse surgical case mix including pediatrics, trauma, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, cath lab, and general surgery specialties at a Level III Trauma Center. Lead the anesthesia team of 16 full-time physicians, 2 part-time physicians, and 2 CRNAs while utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation. Select from flexible call-track options, including a first-call in-house rotation with 7 weeks of night call or a second-call backup track with no in-house requirement. Earn a base salary of $520,000 plus an $80,000 cardiac stipend and quality bonuses. Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DOs with ACGME residency training are required.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO board certified/board eligible
- Residency training from an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology program
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
- Comfortable managing a broad surgical case mix
