Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Anesthesiologist needed at Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital-Riverside in Rockford, IL. Full-time role with a standard weekday schedule (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) and in-house 24-hour call rotation. Provide anesthesia for trauma, high-risk obstetrics, orthopedic, and general surgical procedures across a 14-operating room facility. Collaborate with MDs, CRNAs, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in quality improvement initiatives; EPIC EMR used. Competitive compensation ($550k base, $630k for cardiac) with up to $100k in loan repayment and/or sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $10k, CME and dues reimbursement, malpractice and tail coverage, generous benefits, and retirement plan. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
- Recent trauma experience
- Regional anesthesia experience
- OB anesthesia experience
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
