Job Summary
Supervise a high-functioning CRNA team in a care team model while providing anesthesia coverage in a community hospital setting. Maintain a predictable week-on / week-off schedule with backup call only, supported by a high-functioning CRNA team managing daily workflow. Optional additional work is available on off weeks for providers who want to expand income further. This role offers $650,000 as a permanent 1099 provider for 26 weeks per year in East Texas, surrounded by lakes, forests, and year-round outdoor recreation.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Comfortable supervising CRNAs in a care team environment
