Job Summary
Full-time Anesthesiologist in Wilmington, NC, sought for a Partner/Ownership-Track opportunity within a physician-led group. Collaborative care team includes several full-time anesthesiologists and CRNAs; physicians independently manage about 10% of cases, with CRNA support available as needed. Caseload consists of routine procedures across General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Plastics, Pediatrics, ENT, and Urology; no cardiac, neuro, or trauma cases. First-call duties are shared among anesthesiologists; evenings and weekends coverage with after-hours support. Strong emphasis on patient safety, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
- NC State license required
- Experience in a hospital or ASC setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Number of required years of experience is flexible; compensation commensurate with experience
