Job Summary
Anesthesiologist needed to provide pediatric anesthesia services in an office-based dental setting, supporting a Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia and managing airway for pediatric patients, including those with anxiety or disabilities, in collaboration with the dental team. Role supports part-time schedules and independent contractor opportunities at Benevis, with a focus on safe, effective anesthesia care in a dental practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing
- Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, etc.
- Professional experience in anesthesia delivery including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia
- Collaborative approach to work with dental teams including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
