Anesthesia Tech CVOR Full Time Days

Anesthesia Tech CVOR to support a new heart program at Lake Forest Hospital. Assist anesthesiologist with exams, blood draws, inductions, epidurals, spinals and blocks; prepare for invasive line procedures; place monitoring equipment on patients; assist with intubation; prepare anesthesia carts per physician preference and ensure emergency equipment is available; organize instruments and supplies; maintain anesthesia equipment and inventory; send equipment to sterile processing for sterilization and manage anesthesia stock supplies; liaison with Supply Chain for physician requests and test anesthesia machines per manufacturer guidelines. Preferred CNA program completion and Illinois CNA Registry listing. Works within Northwestern Medicine policies and ethics across the department.
