Job Summary
Android Developer at DKB Code Factory to build secure customer-centric mobile banking experiences in Kotlin/Java. Ship user-facing Android features from intent to production, prioritize reliability, security, and usability, and maintain automated tests. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA to clarify scope and deliver customer value. Participate in code reviews, testing, and release support, proactively reduce technical debt, and share knowledge through pairing, demos, and documentation to help the team grow.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Android experience with Kotlin and Android SDK; you have shipped production Android features
- You write readable, well tested code and follow team standards for architecture and reviews
- You communicate clearly across disciplines and make trade-offs that prioritise customer outcomes
- You understand mobile security and compliance constraints and apply them in your work
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and take responsibility for the end to end quality of your work
- Nice to haves: Familiarity with Jetpack libraries, Coroutines/Flow, Retrofit, Hilt/Dagger, or Jetpack Compose
- Experience with crash reporting and mobile monitoring tools (Crashlytics or similar)
- Prior experience working in crossfunctional squads within regulated domains
