Job Summary
Support the Kitchen Manager by ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high production and quality standards, and abiding by health and sanitation guidelines. Practice and promote company service standards, assist with ordering, inventory, and receiving, and ensure accurate portion sizes, cooking methods, and plate presentation. Manage employee scheduling, oversee opening and closing procedures, and verify daily temperature log accuracy. Requires a Clark County Health District Card, 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for prolonged periods. Full-time salary position at Downtown Restaurant Group.
