Job Summary

Conduct residential and commercial ancillary inspections including sewer scopes and mold testing across various locations. Produce comprehensive digital reports detailing observations within company timelines while communicating the value of additional services to clients. Build strong client relationships and maintain positive interactions with agents and inspectors through accurate, thorough, and timely service delivery. Represent the brand professionally by utilizing appropriate communication and attire while analyzing data and interpreting findings. Maintain calm under pressure to handle confrontational situations and actively contribute to team initiatives regarding service improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work with small tools to take apart and re-install plumbing materials
  • Ability to take classes and training to gain certifications if required
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work unsupervised
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn company-utilized software programs
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Well-developed empathy for working with stressed clients
  • Ability to actively listen and remain calm under pressure in confrontational situations
  • Analyze and interpret data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
