Job Summary
Greet all guests and assist with venue questions. Communicate daily specials on Premier and Rockstar parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades. Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue. Assist the Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents. Participate in post-show clean-up including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials. Inventory merchandise and track inventory throughout the show. Operate electronic sales systems and process transactions efficiently. Work in all weather conditions while lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings
- Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Lifting/carrying 25+ pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
