Job Summary
PT Clinic Front Office Representative provides customer service and supports front office operations, including patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification and authorization, and payment collection, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant and confidential workflows. Requires front office experience in a medical setting, knowledge of insurance processes, strong communication skills, and possible bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. May require travel between clinic locations; on-site role in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of front office or patient registration experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and scheduling systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Payment collection experience preferred
