Job Summary
Enroll ancillary products through a third-party administrator while maintaining accurate participant records and reviewing submissions for completeness and compliance. Reconcile vendor statements against Tekion DMS records to ensure financial accuracy, then identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to correct data errors, maintain organized audit-ready documentation, and support reporting needs as requested by management. Ensure adherence to internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement of enrollment workflows. This role supports the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family's corporate office in Milford, Ohio, ensuring operational excellence across the dealership network.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with ancillary products, warranty administration, or third-party vendor systems
- Strong background in Accounts Payable, reconciliation, or financial data management
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and review
- Experience working with third-party administrators or vendor management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet-based reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), especially Tekion
