Job Summary
Provide direct supervision, structure, and mentoring to youth ages 10–17 in a secure, trauma-informed residential setting serving youth adjudicated as CINS. Maintain a safe, structured environment; support academics, therapeutic groups, recreation, and life-skills activities; implement behavioral management; document observations and progress; assist with admissions/discharges, transportation for court/medical appointments, and meal service when needed; participate in treatment teams and required trainings; ensure client safety and adherence to policies and QA standards.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience working with at-risk youth
- must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in human service field preferred
