Job Summary
Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure while loading and unloading baggage, cargo, mail, wheelchairs, and child strollers. Operate ground support equipment including tow tractors, baggage tugs, and water/lavatory service trucks to deliver luggage to claim areas and cargo to recipients. Service aircraft water and lavatories, inspect ramp areas for debris, and provide special handling as directed. Comply with all security requirements and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Must have a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift objects up to 70 pounds. Eligible candidates must be able to work inclement weather and various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness
- Must be able to lift heavy objects that could reach 70 pounds (32 kilograms)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous ramp experience is a plus
