Job Summary
Develop and deliver Anatomy & Physiology I-IV courses using an approved Covista syllabus, organizing course materials and integrating online technologies for blended learning. Model effective oral and written communications to engage students, set clear expectations for terminal objectives and evaluation dates, and ensure exam content aligns with course goals. Demonstrate consistency and fairness in grading while providing timely feedback, all while maintaining high professional standards in a diverse, non-traditional environment. Compensation ranges from $1,120 to $7,245 per assignment based on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught for undergraduate teaching
- requisite subject matter expertise
- outstanding communication skills
- excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
- ability to work in a collegial manner and facilitate the efforts of diverse groups
