Job Summary
Develop and deliver Anatomy & Physiology I-IV with Lab courses using a body systems approach, integrating face-to-face instruction with online discussions and assignments. Organize and regularly update course materials while maintaining an approved Covista syllabus that aligns with terminal objectives. Model effective oral and written communication to engage students, set clear expectations for evaluations, and ensure exam content corresponds to course goals. Provide timely, fair feedback on exams and assignments while adhering to all campus policies and standards. Compensation ranges from $1,120 to $7,245 per assignment based on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught for undergraduate teaching
- requisite subject matter expertise
- outstanding communication skills
- excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
- ability to work in a collegial manner and facilitate the efforts of diverse groups
- compliance with all policies and standards
