Job Summary
Conduct full-time general and anatomical pathology services for inpatients and outpatients at Richmond Hospital, processing approximately 20,000 anatomical specimens and 2 million clinical pathology tests annually within a high-volume, rapid-growth lab environment. Collaborate with four additional pathologists to deliver comprehensive diagnostic support while maintaining mandatory CPSBC, CMPA, and FRCPC licensure. Join a team of 5 pathologists dedicated to serving the Richmond Community of Care, contributing to Vancouver Coastal Health's mission of delivering innovative medical care and research to over one million residents.
Required Qualifications
- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC)
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
- Fellowship training
- Hematopathology experience
- Transfusion Medicine experience
