Job Summary
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume GI laboratory within Allied Digestive Health, overseeing staff supervision, regulatory compliance (CAP/CLIA/OSHA/HIPAA), quality metrics, and operational performance. Drive data-informed decisions using SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Office to monitor volumes, staffing, and performance; develop and maintain SOPs and workflows; support budget management, inventory control, and vendor coordination; champion safety and patient-centered care; collaborate with physicians, nursing, anesthesia, pathology, and administrative teams; ensure successful CAP and CLIA inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Biology, Life Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Lab
- Proven experience managing staff and operations in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
