Job Summary
Anaplan Solution Delivery Vice President focused on translating complex planning needs into scalable Anaplan models within JPMorgan Chase’s Firmwide P&A Transformation and Innovation. Own client portfolio, coordinate requirements, testing, training, and implementation to ensure high-quality delivery and strong user adoption. Partner with Product Development, manage backlogs in JIRA and the JPMorgan system, create test plans, train users, troubleshoot data/logic/UX issues, and contribute to change management communications. Lead collaboration with internal customers across Planning & Analysis to refine requirements, align on release plans, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across enterprise planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or data science; or 4 years with a master’s degree
- 6 plus years of relevant experience with degree OR 4 years with master’s degree
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Anaplan platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Anaplan Certification (preferred)
- 3 plus years in Planning & Analysis (preferred)
- 3 plus years in technology product management or business analysis (preferred)
- 3 plus years with data wrangling tools like Alteryx or SQL (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile development (preferred)
- Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder certification or higher (preferred)
- Strong Jira skills (preferred)
- Experience translating business use cases into technical requirements (preferred)
- Test planning and execution experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, planning, budgeting processes (preferred)
- Excellent in-person, virtual, chat, email, and presentation communication skills (required)
