Job Summary
Anaplan Solution Delivery Senior Associate role within JPMorgan Chase's Firmwide P&A Transformation and Innovation. Translate complex planning needs into scalable Anaplan solutions, manage requirements, testing, training, and implementation, build trusted client relationships, document use-cases, coordinate with Product Development, manage backlogs in JIRA, conduct test planning and execution, train P&A users, support process improvements, and contribute to change management through docs and demos. Requires strong communication, project-management basics, familiarity with Anaplan and financial planning processes, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or data science; or 0.5 years with a master’s degree
- 2 plus years experience in Planning & Analysis
- 2 plus years in technology product management and/or business analyst type roles
- 2 plus years using data wrangling tools such as Alteryix or SQL for reconciliations and validations
- 2 plus years using the Anaplan platform as an end-user
- Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship offered
Desired Qualifications
- 2 plus years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or data science; or 0.5 years with a master’s degree
- Excellent in-person, virtual, chat, email, and presentation communication skills with individuals and groups, adapting style to audience
- Understanding of standard financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes across varied organizations
- Strong relationship-building skills with P&A professionals; ability to understand and speak their language
- Foundational project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk, resource and stakeholder management, performance monitoring
- Ability to translate business use cases into clear, testable technical requirements for technology products
- Test planning and execution skills to validate that tools implement specified calculations correctly
- Ability to perform standard calculations and manipulations used in P&A budgeting and forecasting
- Experience using the Anaplan platform as an end-user
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- 2 plus years experience in Planning & Analysis
- 2 plus years in technology product management and/or business analyst type roles
- 2 plus years using data wrangling tools such as Alteryx or SQL for reconciliations and validations
- Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder certification or higher and/or hands-on experience building Anaplan models
- Strong skills with Atlassian JIRA, including building customized in-tool reporting
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile development
