Job Summary
Design best-in-class Anaplan solutions by developing technical vision for internal consultants and clients, covering data sources, integration layers, and model architecture. Lead end-to-end design of Anaplan models using Agile methodology, guide customers through process enhancements, and coach teams on building models without prior knowledge. Conceive Proof of Concept models to establish platform credibility, design detailed blueprints with enterprise modules and calculations, and manage scope and timeline discussions to ensure project delivery. Communicate effectively with client teams across various time zones while leading a team of consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or any Graduate + MBA/PG/CA/CFA in Finance
- 10-13 years of consulting/implementation prior experience with on premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc
- 6-8 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in Anaplan (with exposure to a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases
- Strong knowledge of Excel. Including an understanding of how to develop macros, and model large data sets utilizing Lookups and SumIf functions
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is Must
- Strong understanding of multi-dimensional data architecture
- Experience in managing team
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to run a project utilizing the Agile Implementation Methodology
- Ability to effectively communicate with client team and in client facing roles across various time zones based on client location
- Ability to work in Hybrid model (WFH and Office)
- Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
- Clear ability to teach both clients and internal resources with no prior Anaplan knowledge how to build a model
- Guide a customer to enhance their process utilizing both Anaplan expertise and Subject Matter Expertise
- Ability to have difficult conversations with a customer about scope and timeline in order to ensure the project timeline is on track and budget
- Ability to effectively lead a team of consultants
- Understand clients business planning performance management processes and related business requirements
- Conceive and develop Proof Of Concept POC models efficiently to provide pursuit support and establish credibility of Anaplan platform flexibility with the customers
- Design effectively efficiently to cover processes requirements into detailed blueprint: enterprise models with associated modules, lists / line items, and calculations as supported by multi-dimensional Anaplan platform
