Job Summary
Analytics Solutions Manager-Vice President on the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) within Product Configurations & Support (PCS) under Marketing leads rapid, data-driven solutions and strategic recommendations to elevate the Chase Credit Card customer experience. Collaborates with senior leaders to drive decisions, nurture cross-functional partnerships, champion process improvements, and ensure governance through audits and compliance activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing rapid Credit Card initiatives, influencing leadership with clear storytelling of complex initiatives, managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, and leveraging SQL to automate processes and build decision-support tools. The role emphasizes leadership, talent development, stakeholder management across GM/CFO/IT/Marketing, and translating complex product solutions into compelling marketing messages while delivering measurable business results.
