Lead analytics in the Commercial Real Estate group by directing a team to develop automated data solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Qlik; manage a high-volume analytics portfolio; translate business needs into actionable analytical designs; deliver insights and visualization to management and partners; ensure data quality, validation, and documentation while mentoring team members and staying current with industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience leading analytics or reporting teams with project management and delivery of complex quantitative data initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Qlik with hands-on experience automating data solutions and reporting processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data technology and business intelligence tools
- Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a history of producing high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
