Job Summary
Lead cross-site planning and execution for FORCE in India, operating joint stand-ups, publishing weekly status with risks, and enforcing governance standards across global teams. Drive data migration sprints to Databricks, oversee automated dashboard enhancements, and manage decommissioning while reducing cycle times in production. Lead triage and post-incident reviews, enforce release gates, and optimize capacity through recruitment and upskilling to meet program OKRs. Represent the site in executive forums delivering concise, data-driven updates. Establish support SLAs, runbooks, and operating playbooks to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement through retrospectives and backlog refinements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology programs/operations
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience coordinating global programs and executive stakeholder engagement
- Background in cloud data/lakehouse delivery (Databricks)
