Job Summary
Develop a sound understanding of the dbPi procurement insights platform and end-to-end DB Procurement data sets, including vendor spend, risk, and contracting data. Deliver reporting and analytics while building dashboards, tools, and reports to satisfy objectives and support regulatory compliance. Own end-to-end responsibility for new analytical products, ranging from requirement gathering and feasibility analysis to development, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Work cross-functionally with the GP Data and Analytics team, Contingent Workforce Management, cloud platform partners, and cross-divisional stakeholders to deliver required data sets, metrics, and reports. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong BA-DA skills
- Ability to gather requirements with effective scoping upfront
- Ability to build pilots/PoC
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems
- Ability to apply critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- Sound understanding of the various tools and entire suite of analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform called dbPi
- End to end understanding of the DB Procurement data sets including vendor spend, risk and contracting data
- Focus on regulatory compliance reporting and KPI/KRI/KCI reporting to various governance forums
- Ability to develop new analytical products/dashboards ranging from requirement gathering, feasibility & impact analysis, development, testing and engaging with stakeholders
