Job Summary
Lead a team of data analytics and reporting professionals while designing, developing, and maintaining complex Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, then create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within workflows by implementing corrective data quality actions as needed. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, specifically leveraging SAP and Alteryx expertise to enhance financial auditability and transportation logistics management.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with large-scale data migration projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and tools
- Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with DoD logistics systems
- Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment
- SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)
- Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices
