Analytics Project Lead, Financial Services

Analytics Project Lead is a business-facing technical leader partnering with client accounts and internal teams to identify, design, and deliver data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include understanding workflows and strategic objectives, translating problems into well-defined solution concepts, designing end-to-end data/analytics solutions, rapidly prototyping for feedback, developing web-based analytics tools, leveraging AI-assisted development, leading solution demos and data storytelling, maintaining a pipeline of solution ideas, and collaborating with data engineers, architects, product managers, and developers to scale prototypes into production. Required experience includes 7+ years across solution architecture, analytics/data engineering, or full-stack development, strong stakeholder engagement, cloud data platforms, SQL/Python, API integration with front ends, AI-assisted tooling, and domain experience in financial services, real estate, or related analytics. This is a remote position with a preference for Chicago, NY, or Charlotte; no visa sponsorship is available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
